Member Engagement

Ratings

Instead of sorting through your users one by one, use the Community Mailshots feature and quickly send an email to all of your users. You'll also be able to preview your email so that you can avoid mistakes.
Suggested Question Alerts
When users ask a new question and tag them, those tags are automatically added to their Watched Tags list. They can also manually add any set of tags they'd like. Users who are active will also be notified through suggested questions emails. When a new question is asked with any tag on that list, then they will be instantly notified via email.
Alerts
Users can opt to be notified when a friend asks a new question, when their questions receive a new answer, and when a user sends them a friend request. Notifications can be sent out instantly or daily. As an admin, if you receive a new member, you'll be notified as well.
Invitations
Members are able to send out a request to all of their friends inviting them to join and connect with your Q&A community.
Import Contacts & Invite Friends
Users can access their invitation settings and import the entire address book in their email accounts. They can also send out bulk invitations to friends and anyone else they'd like.

Promotional Links
Your Qhub comes with promotional links in your header and footer, only users that are not logged in can view these links. With this premium service you're able to remove these links and/or create your own.
